Notice of Intent to Sole Source This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION under the authority of RFO 12.102(b). Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO Part 12 apply. REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION Unique Entity ID: NCRKL9YLY2X4 CAGE: 04DK0 1007 Whitehead Road Ext Ewing, New Jersey 08638-2428, United States The work will be performed at NIH Bethesda Campus. The period of performance is intended to be 12 months. REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform work on the REES Monitoring Systems. The applicable PSC is J066. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is 34.0 (million). This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PDT on 31 August 2026. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
