************************************************************************************************************************************ This is a notice of intent to sole source and not a solicitation or a Request For Quotes, no award will result from a response to this post. ************************************************************************************************************************************ The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contact for the InVeris Firing Range System Updates and Preventative Maintence Services at Tyndall AFB. The Government intends to solicit to only one source, InVeris Training Solutions Inc., under authority of RFO 12.102(a). Due to the proprietary nature of the established and functioning InVeris system, it is neccessary to ensure that the proprietor is able to install and update programs and firmware that correspond. The contractor shall Upgrade the system master controller and ICU to the latest hardware and firmware. Additionally, the Contractor and their certified technicians will provide quarterly preventative maintinance, servicing, system updates, and user training regarding the fireing range system. The attatched Performance Work Statement (PWS) is a drafted record specifying the services required. Any responses, questions, and concerns will be considered following this intent to sole source.
