*Edit 8/12/26 - added Slides and Minutes from Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit.* The 183d Wing (183WG) at the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Air National Guard Base, Springfield, IL, has a requirement for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to upgrade the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system in Building 8. SITE VISIT - 11 AUG 2026 @ 1300. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to remove the existing 10 kW UPS system and install a new scalable 20 kW UPS system. Key scope items include: Demolition and removal of one (1) existing 10 kW Liebert EXM UPS in SWITCH Room 118, including associated equipment and maintenance bypass panelboard. Site and electrical preparation for the new system. Installation of one (1) new scalable 20 kW UPS System (configured for 20 kVA/kW, scalable up to 30 kVA/kW for future expansion). Sealing of all wall/floor/ceiling penetrations to meet existing fire and assembly ratings. Full system adjustments, load balancing, and operational testing by factory-trained field service personnel. Period of Performance: 120 days or less after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). See Solicitation for additional information.
