AMENDMENT NO. 3 SOLICITATION NO. 36C24126Q0713 DATE: 8/28/2026 1. THE SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: a. The following revised Question and Answer is incorporated into this solicitation and supersedes the previous response to Question 1. b. The Government s response modifies and/or clarifies the solicitation. c. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Vendors are reminded to review all other aspects of the solicitation and consider this amendment when preparing their responses. 2. REVISED RFI QUESTION AND ANSWER Is the replacement chiller required to be Carrier and/or the same model identified in the PWS, or may the contractor provide a current equivalent unit meeting the existing system capacity and performance requirements? If an equivalent is acceptable, please provide the required capacity and performance criteria. This is for commercial turnkey service of 1 for 1 replacement. It is not solicited as brand name justified because it is assumed that on a LPTA solicitation this would be the only cost-effective means and methods. If offerors wish to provide engineering design and support services along with electrical and building automations systems support with an alternative brand and integrate it with the identical sister unit, that can be considered including lead lag and all support pumping and load calculations but it was presumed this would not be considered cost effective given the due diligence and infrastructure change required to replace this unit with the identical lead/lag unit.
