The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance of Beckman Coulter Flow Cytometer at the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston SC. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work, and the Service Contract Labor Standards, Wage Determination No. 2015-4427, Date of Last Revision 05/13/2026. The estimated period of performance is September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Best Value Trade-Off. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is set aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Unique Entity Identification (UEI) of the Offeror; 3. Fill in your quoted unit and total price/s in the space provided on this page for each CLIN 4. Per 1330-52.222-70, provide a statement that you understand and will comply with the sexual harassment prevention and response policy. 5. Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 6. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on August 26, 2026; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government. Factors considered will be Technical Approach and Capability, Past Performance and Price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov .
