The project includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, grading, utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, electrical work, framing, roofing, interior finishes, inspections, testing, and closeout. The facility will remain operational during construction, and the contractor shall coordinate all work with GSA and tenant agency representatives. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required within 120 calendar days.
