Technical and Professional Support Services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center in Norfolk, VA. This requirement will be competed under the Seaport-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) among all service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) MAC holders in all zones. All Clauses contained in the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award IDIQ contract are hereby incorporated in full by reference herein and are applicable to this solicitation/contract and are supplemented herein. Only clauses and provisions requiring fill-ins or clauses unique to this task order have been included in full text in this solicitation. All respondents should indicate their current Seaport-NxG contract number as part of their submission. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend submission time to 2:00PM, updated L-215-H006 Submission of Questions by Offers--Basic (NAVSEA) (April 2022) to extend deadline for receipt of questions to July 17th, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST and update paragraph (c) with PIEE Language, and attach questions and responses. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend submission date to August 10th, 2026 at 2:00PM EST, updated base period of performance, updated Section B, Required Level of Effort Table, updated Section C, 3.3, B for updated language regarding degree requirements, updated Section C, 5.0, Definitions, Paragraph C, Updated Section C, 13 and 15 regarding Vacancy Language, updated Section L, 3.0, Proposal Organization Table, updated Section L, 3.3.3, Price Proposal Narrative, updated Attachment 9, Price Proposal, and attach updated bidders questions and responses. AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to update Section C, paragraph 3.2 to clarify the position designation as key personnel and update Section J, Attachment 9, to include the correct performance dates. AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to August 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM eastern time and update Section J, Attachment 03, to the most current version of the applicable wage determination. AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to extend submission date to August 18th, 2026 at 2:00PM EST, updated base period of performance, Section B LOE table, and Attachment 9, Price Proposal.
