THIS REQUIREMENT CONSISTS PRIMARILY OF STANDARD ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION, CONDUIT INSTALLATION, AND THE INTEGRATION OF COMMERCIAL-OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) METERING EQUIPMENT.
