North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS): 237110 ż Water and Sewer Line Construction ($45.0M). Product Service Code (PSC): Z2ND Repair or Alteration of Sewage and Waste Facilities. Period of Performance (PoP): 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Place of Performance: Hampton National Historic Site (HAMP) 535 Hampton Lane Towson, MD 21286 On-site Access: The site is open to the public. If an escort is needed, the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist will schedule a meeting before proposals are due; however, this will not affect question or submission deadlines. While no attendee list is required, bringing company badges or IDs helps escorts identify vendors during the site visit. Bonds: Payment and performance bonds will be required for this action, as any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond and any amount of $150,000 requires both payment and performance bonds. All required bonds shall be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days after contract award, unless otherwise stated in the award documents.
