This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. If an escort is needed, the Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist will schedule a meeting before proposals are due; however, this will not affect question or submission deadlines. While no attendee list is required, bringing company badges or IDs helps escorts identify vendors during the site visit. Bonds: Payment and performance bonds will be required for this action, as any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond and any amount of $150,000 requires both payment and performance bonds.
