UPDATE (2026-09-25): Amendment 0002 is posted. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Extend the solicitation closing date from [Original Date] to October 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CST). Increase the maximum page limit for Volume II - Technical Proposal from twenty-five (25) pages to thirty-five (35) pages. This amendment formally supersedes all prior guidance, instructions, and Q&A responses contained in Amendment 0001 regarding redacted documents, the Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan, and the contractor-furnished building requirements.
