This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90 th Contracting Squadron is issuing the combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0022, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please refer to the attachments for full details and instructions. QUESTIONS: Questions MUST be received by Monday, 21 Sep 2026 at 1000 MDT. All questions must be answered submitted by email to michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil AND chad.evans.19@us.af.mil. RESPONSES/QUOTES: Responses/quotes MUST be received by Friday, 25 Sep 2026 at 1400 MDT. Forward responses by e-mail to michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil AND chad.evans.19@us.af.mil. OTHER INFORMATION: Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time of submission of quote. Failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed ineligible for award.
