This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separately written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA865126QB002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Intercom System. This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. ----------------------------------------- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and nonpersonal services necessary to supply and install intercom system into government facilities. ----------------------------------------- Instructions to Offerors (1) The Offeror shall submit information needed to support the contractor’s ability to satisfy the contract requirements IAW the attached SOW. The information submitted must be sufficient for the Government to assess if your capability will successfully satisfy the requirements of the attached SOW.?SOW details the work to be completed and the supplemental SOW are requirments that need to be met to access and work on a government installation. (2) The contractor’s offer must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unless requested from the Contracting Officer, quote revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. The government reserves the right to evaluate the quotes and award without interchanges. (3) The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. ----------------------------------------- RFQ Questions/Request for Information (RFI) Deadline: 13 Aug 2026 / 11:00 AM Central. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to the Point of Contact. Submission Method: Offers and questions must be submitted electronically via email to Primary and Secondary POC, with Subject of email: FA865126QB002
