This Sources Sought Notice is being posted only as a request for information to determine if an “Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Service) or a “Total Small Business Set-Aside” can fulfill the requirements set forth below. This is not a solicitation, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. NAICS Code: 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description of request: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC), is conducting market research to provide one Medrad Stellant Flex Overhead Counterpoise CT Injection System. Installation of Medrad Stellant Flex CT Injection System – Overhead Counterpoise System. Provide 2-150 ml Flex Syringes, 60” Tubing w/ T Connector, 2 Small Spikes/20 per box. Shipping and Handling. One-Year Original Equipment Manufacturer Warranty on the Medrad Stellant OCS CT Injection System. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Responses to this notice should include the following: 1.)
