Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 68HERW26Q0087 is issued as a “request for quotation (RFQ)” for a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/QQQ) with extended service plan options.
