9 MUNS B1358 Mold Abatement and Restoration (Beale AFB)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. FA468626QS020 is issued as an RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable. (ii). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (iii). The 9th Munitions Squadron (9 MUNS) at Beale Air Force Base (BAFB) requires professional mold remediation, demolition, plumbing capping, and disposal services for Facility B1358 (N2). This facility serves as the primary staging ground for Air Force Combat Ammunition Center (AFCOMAC) personnel. Proper containment, remediation, and removal of contaminated materials are critical for ensuring the health and safety of base personnel, preventing hazardous cross-contamination, and preparing the facility footprint for follow-on renovations. (iv). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Period of Performance: Exact performance dates shall be determined upon award, but work must be executed within the Authorized Work Windows specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). (v). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1. (vi). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (vii).
