All offers must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus (September 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. Questions and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus. Directions on who to email this information is provided on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus. The prospectus may be found at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. Please be aware there may be a delay in posting the prospectus to this website after publication of this notice. The website also includes information pertaining to the National Park Service Commercial Services program and helpful tips for submitting a competitive offer.
