Purchase of Culvert Materials for Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas

*see attachment I. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) This project consists of supplying culverts to the Ouachita National Forest for installation by forest service employees on an as needed basis. Contractor shall supply the following: 40 – 18” diameter, 30’ length, 16ga aluminized type 2 culverts 20 – 24” diameter, 30’ length, 16ga aluminized type 2 culverts 10 – 30” diameter, 30’ length, 16ga aluminized type 2 culverts 10 – 36” diameter, 36’ length, 16ga aluminized type 2 culverts 10 – 18” diameter, aluminized type 2 culvert bands 4 – 24” diameter, aluminized type 2 culvert bands 4 – 30” diameter, aluminized type 2 culvert bands 4 – 36” diameter, aluminized type 2 culvert bands POLYMERIC COATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALUMINUM COATED, TYPE 2 CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS EQUAL FOR PAYMENT. WHERE POLYMERIC COATED PIPE IS USED, THICKNESS OF COATING SHALL BE 10 MILS INSIDE AND 10 MILS OUTSIDE. ALL EXPOSED METAL OR AREAS OF PIPE WHERE POLYMERIC OR ALUMINUM COATING IS DAMAGED SHALL BE PAINTED WITH A ZINC DUST-ZINC OXIDE POWDER CONFORMING TO FEDERAL SPECIFICATION TT-P-641 OR MIL-P-21085 AND A TWO COMPONENT EPOXY PAIN, "SCOTCH CLAD", 2M, PPG OR EQUAL.
