This notice is to post Amendment 3- Post Question & Answer with attached 8 images and 2 diagrams - to RFQ W81K00-26-Q-A253 on 13 August 2026. -See attachments. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ This notice is to post Amendment 2- Post Question & Answer below - to RFQ W81K00-26-Q-A253 on 11 August 2026: Question: Is there any information on the water quality for the source water that will be fed to the temporary treatment system? This would help us identify exactly what equipment might need to be included in the container? Gov. Answer: At the existing 3-inch supply line the water will be a blend. The blend will consist of a mix of softened water with city water that is provided by El Paso. The information that is being provided is a recent water tests that was completed for water that is being fed to a piece of equipment at the 4th floor of the hospital. This information is being provided for reference only but it is the contractors responsibility to field verify. The offeror shall also understand that water quality is not always consistent and that that the system that is being provided be designed in way that adjust to provide the water quality that is required per the requirement. If there is a specific a water quality that is of concern, then the offeror should submit a backcheck.
