This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the information in RFO Subpart 12.2, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Background: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) routinely conducts engineering and economic evaluations of coastal deep-draft waterway systems and associated general navigation features (GNFs) which are under Federal authority and jurisdiction. These evaluations are for programmatic support and implementation of waterway system improvements in addition to justification of future ongoing or subsequent operation and maintenance (O&M). Description of the Requirement: Review & Update Modeling Relationships and Associated Computerized Applications – CADET, Hull Lines Flexibility, Powering & Emissions Handling, Ballast Templates & Wake Screening Application with Option(s) for Compilation of Additional Hull Profiles. Address addition of selected cargo, passenger and offshore support or assistance hulls. Integrate additional hulls to applications for powering, emissions handling, wake and vessel ballast utilities as well as review for refinement or minor adjustment to subject applications.
