REGULATORY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE** * **TÜV Testing:** The Contractor is responsible for performing, coordinating, and funding all mandatory periodic Technischer Überwachungsverein (TÜV) / TUEA safety testing and certifications on the bulk storage tank in accordance with German safety regulations (*Betriebssicherheitsverordnung*). * **Language:** Delivery drivers and contractor point of contact must be fluent in English. **4.
