The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) intends to negotiate a sole-source short-term bridge contract under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a). The associated NAICS code for this service is 238220 with a size standard of $19,000,000 and PCS Code J041. The identified vendor is Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp., as the incumbent under the current contract. The Facilities Management Service (FMS) requires preventive maintenance services for HVAC Water Chillers at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services to HVAC Water Chillers at VACHS as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
