Fort Drum, NY has a BRAND NAME requirement for Dale Carnegie Building a Stronger and More Cohesive Team training. Offerors must provide all information requested in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters on Adobe Page 21 of the Solicitation. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module. For information and training on how to add the role to the quoters profile, the functions of the Proposal Manager, and how to post an offer/bid/quote, go to https://piee.eb.mil/. Log on to PIEE; select Help; select New User Information and Help; select Web Base Training.
