Quotation Submission: Deadline: On or before 05:00 PM, 28th August 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time. Submission Method: Your quotation must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation. In case you already submitted your offer and would like to resubmit your offer, please mention in the subject line “Revised Offer” Important: The file size must not exceed 10MB.
