This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8201-26-R-0015 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System and Cybersecurity upgrade at Hill AFB UT. Please see attached doucment for details. Questions are to be submitted in writing to Brian Green at brian.green.20@us.af.mil and Bryce Michelson at bryce.michelson@us.af.mil, due no later than 17 July 2026 at 10:00am MDT A site visit is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 9:00am MDT. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the requirements stated in the attached SOW. An award will not be modified to accommodate an Offeror's failure to understand the requirement. Offerors wanting to attend will need to provide the following information: Names (Last, First & Middle), date of birth, driver's license number, and state of issuance. This information is due no later than 2:00pm MDT on 9 July 2026 to brian.green.20@us.af.mil and bryce.michelson@us.af.mil. No more than 3 employees per company will be permitted. Posting History: 30 June 2026: Added Site Walk and updated dates. 14 July 2026: Added all drawing the government has for the plant. 27 July 2026: Amended proposal due date, added quesiton and answers, updated SOW and Instrucitons to Offerors. 3 August 2026: Extend proposal due date. 11 August 2026: Updated SOW, Quesitons and Answer, Extended Due Date to 18 August. 11 August 2026: Updated Questions and Answer document to include summary. Added all previous SF30's to allow vendors to view all changes.
