The 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS) is seeking sources for the purchase and installation. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Furniture as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Government has a requirement to upgrade the existing front office furniture and at Scott Air Force Base to better serve and manage both managerial and operational functions of day-to-day activities. See the SOW and Equipment list for full details, all items on the equipment list are brand name or equal. 3. Warranty & Technical Support: If awarded this contract, what standard manufacturer warranty do you provide for the furniture? 4. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Responses to this Sources Sought must be submitted via email no later than 16:00 PM CST on 02 September 2026. You must identify how your company can accomplish tasks associated with this requirement and include supporting information which demonstrates your capabilities. Supporting information shall not reiterate the language provided in the description, but rather it shall provide details regarding your company's capabilities to execute the requirement. Past performance information that is related to the requirement is requested if available. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 337211 (Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing), with the corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government is seeking feedback on the NAICS for this requirement. If your company proposes the use of another NAICS, please provide associated award information, if applicable. To assist 375 CONS in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or partnering to meet each of the requirement’s areas contained herein. This includes responses from qualified and capable Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women-owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and 8(a) companies. You should provide information on how you would envision your company's areas of expertise and those of any proposed JV/partner would be combined to meet the specific requirements contained in this announcement. To make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company’s ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14). Documentation should be in bullet format. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Government and contractor personal reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
