The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement for comprehensive Elevator Maintenance Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform elevator maintenance and repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment to be serviced includes eight (8) elevators located at USAG Fort Buchanan. Key Service Requirements include, but are not limited to: Monthly Preventive Maintenance Services, Annual ASME Safety Inspections & Certifications, Emergency Response Call-Out Services, Additional Repair Parts & Labor Period of Performance: The contract will consist of a base period and four (4) one-year options: Base Period: September 28, 2026 – September 27, 2027 Option Year 1: September 28, 2027 – September 27, 2028 Option Year 2: September 28, 2028 – September 27, 2029 Option Year 3: September 28, 2029 – September 27, 2030 Option Year 4: September 28, 2030 – September 27, 2031 Evaluation for Award: Award will be made using a best-value tradeoff based on a comparative evaluation of proposals. Evaluation factors include Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. All interested Small Business concerns must submit proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L of the solicitation document.
